Galereja Centre is a private investment and development company that is implementing projects in commercial real estate in Lviv and Western region. During last 11 years we are developing our own projects and joint projects in cooperation with Ukrainian and international companies and provide our service to investment, development and construction companies.

The company manages the full cycle of development: from the choice of land plot and its allocation with obtaining of all necessary permits to the organization of design work, construction management, general management of the project to date of commissioning and run of the completed facility.

Services for selection of land and real estate

Searching for land and commercial real estate for the client’s needs on the primary and secondary market for the purposes of commerce, manufacturing and housing;
Legal, technical and commercial analysis.

Management of development process

Galereja Centre provides management team for assistance to an architects and constructors during the period of projects’ implementation by providing the following services:

Architectural construction works (engineering);
Development and approval of urban conditions and restrictions on changing the functional purpose of buildings and land plots;
Investigation of technical condition of property and engineering;
Development of the functional assignment concept for the property with pre-production documentation;
Development and approval of preliminary design, including documentation of the engineering of the building, organizing and conducting public examination of the working draft and getting permission to start construction (reconstruction).

Organizational and Legal Basis

Organization of the registration for property ownership;
The organization of the development process and technical approvals for entering into the lease of land or purchase land;
Support of contracting a mortgage;
Development of optimum management and operation of the facility;
Preparation of documents for the sale of real estate;
Legal support of litigation.
